| Mrs. Greenberg is a native Wisconsinite and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin. Mrs. Greenberg joined IRMCO in 1964 and rose through the ranks to President. |

| After five years in the not-for-profit sector of community development in the U.S. and Taiwan, Mrs. Gergen has been involved with the Retirement Division since 1974. |

Peter E. Manis |
| After practicing real estate law for 12 years and becoming a partner at one of Chicago's prominent law firms, Mr. Manis joined IRMCO in 1996. He received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan. |

Alfred Simpson |
| Former sub-divider, developer, mortgage banker and banker, Mr. Simpson joined IRMCO in 1989 and is involved in finance, sales, leasing and consulting. |

| With IRMCO for over 14 years, Mr. Morris is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and has an MBA degree. Mr. Morris is responsible for financial and administrative affairs. |
