Operations Manager

Directs and manages all daily operations for full service mixed-use residential and transient property.
Supervises Housekeeping and Front Desk staff. Works directly with Property Manager regarding maintenance issues, apartment turn-over and tenant relations. Previous property management and hospitality experience required.

Maintenance Positions

Seeking hard working and skilled individuals with solid experience in residential apartment and hotel maintenance. Must be familiar with general maintenance procedures, repair methods and apartment turn-over. Must have tools. Reports directly to Operations Manager.
